What Does This Role Entails?
You will learn from a highly skilled and enthusiastic team of product and sales experts who are fully acquainted with our business, our clients, and the digital marketing landscape. You will be provided all the training and support you need to become the best through coaching and mentoring. All you need to bring to the table is a positive attitude, motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.
Essentially, this position pivots on new business development. You will have to identify prospective leads, cold call them to shortlist qualified ones, and set up face-to-face meetings to conduct a full business analysis to help you tailor a digital marketing strategy for the each of them. As a trusted advisor to your advertisers, you will build long-term relationships with them, and you will add value to their organizations with your knowledge and our technology.
To summarize the role’s duties, you are required to:
- Creating leads and cold calling to set up meetings with potential advertisers
- Attending face-to-face client meetings to understand business needs and pitch our solutions consultatively
- Managing existing client relationships effectively in order to retain revenue
- Finding up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue
- Managing the customer experience and issue resolution process proactively
- Meeting revenue targets and KPIs
You should have:
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn
- A hunter’s mindset and a fearless approach to cold calling
- Telesales experience is preferred, as is solution-based selling (face-to-face sales experience desirable)
- Capability to establish rapport and solid business relationships
- A track record of success in sales
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Personal transportation (car allowance will be given)
